At KeepCup, we want you to love your reusable cup and are happy to offer returns or exchanges on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure your sustainable coffee experience is perfect while minimizing waste through a streamlined returns process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused KeepCup in its original retail packaging to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
