What materials are KeepCups made from?

Is my KeepCup dishwasher and microwave safe?

Most glass and plastic components are top-shelf dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing the cork bands and stainless steel series to maintain their integrity. Only glass and plastic models are microwave safe without the lid.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
